Come across Your Honey at America’s Finest City

This city is home to seeing the majestic military might of the United States. Once you get on the plane, your left side will be the view of Naval Base Coronado and if you are lucky enough, aircraft carriers will be on the port. 60% of the ships in the fleet of the U.S. Navy is here. On your right, you’ll see the Marine Recruit training depot with 1/3 of the active duty force of the U.S. Marine Corps assigned here.

Not only that, San Diego has a lot of major attractions to offer you: LEGOLAND, Balboa Park, Sea World, Cabrillo Monument and many more. As an added information, San Diego is much more laid back and spontaneous than Los Angeles. This city is pretty remarkable and it is one of the most liberal cities in the United States alongside San Francisco, San Jose and Los Angeles.

However, just like any cities, they also face cases where discrimination still happens. Just recently, a 61-year old transgender woman who is a Navy Veteran and SEIU union employee named Christynne Wood experienced gender identity discrimination after she was prohibited to use the locker room because she’s a transgender woman. But the good thing that happened here is that San Diego gym was charged with discrimination and the lawsuit also requires the gym to pay monetary damages in line with their Civil Rights Act. This incident sends a message to everyone that San Diego is not a place who tolerates discrimination.

Without further ado, we present to you the list of places where you can take your transsexual date for when you meet her.

1. Since you’re here already, don’t skip visiting the USS Midway Museum

Known as the largest warship in the world in 1945, The USS Midway has proven to be something great with the test of time. It went through Operation Frostbite (1946), the Vietnam War, Operation Frequent Wind and the Evacuation of Saigon (1975), Operation Desert Storm (1991) and also become part of the rescue after the Mt. Pinatubo eruption. It was only in 1992 when it was decommissioned and after 12 years, it lives and continues to share its history through the museum.

We’re pretty sure that this is a fun idea because you and your transgender darling can even try the flight simulator. After this idea, for sure, the conversations will just keep on flowing. From that point, it is up to you when to bring up the serious topics about your relationship.

2. Do not want to swim but want to see the view of the sea?

The Seaport Village is the perfect place for you and your transsexual partner. There are 50 shops where you can buy clothes, souvenirs, and other items. If you both get tired of exploring around, they have seventeen restaurants where you can dine in and talk about anything under the sun. The best thing about going here is that it will give you some serene feeling as you look out at the scene before you. The waves will make you feel calm and the whole landscape will feel magical.

And even if it’s the perfect place to be, be sure to bring up the hard topics such as what will happen to your relationship once your vacation is over. Will you continue the long distance relationship or will one of you decide to move to each other’s place?

3. Want to be part of a car lover’s paradise? Go to the Automotive Museum.

If both of you are genuinely interested in cars, this place screams heaven!

They have American muscle cars and the British Invasion. There’s also a section on motorsport legend and the Nascar story. It’s a good start if you are still both shy to talk to each other. This will just make your conversation natural as you both inspect one beautiful car to the next.

Mind you, they have over 250 cars that cover 100 years of motoring history. There’s also a movie about cars where you can both relax. After that, take a momentous shot in a 1923 Buick Touring car.
