Website payment or app subscription?
Website Premium plans are fixed-term, non-recurring purchases. App-store subscriptions can renew: check the store confirmation and manage cancellation in that store. Deleting an account is not a substitute for cancelling a store subscription.
Paid but no Premium access?
Check your order history and that you are signed into the account used for purchase. Do not buy again while a payment is unresolved. Contact support with the order reference, date, amount and purchase channel, without full card details.
