• Seeking or offering explicit sexual services, solicitation, escorting, trafficking, or any other prohibited activities.

We may remove content or take account action where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

We aim to provide a safe and respectful environment. Users can report profiles, messages, or conduct that violates these Terms. We may investigate complaints and take appropriate action, including warning, content removal, profile restriction, suspension, or termination.

While we may use moderation measures, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that all users will behave appropriately. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members and should take reasonable precautions when communicating and meeting offline.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Billing descriptor: Charges may appear as MYTCUPID on your bank or card statement. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us first so we can assist you before contacting your bank.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may close your account through your account settings (where available).

Refund policy: Membership fees are generally not refundable once access has been granted, because the service is digital and delivered immediately. However, refunds may be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws, or in cases of demonstrable technical failure where the paid service could not be delivered as described. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us with your account email and payment details.

Digital services and right of withdrawal (EU/EEA): Where applicable, by purchasing a Membership you request immediate access to digital services. You acknowledge that once the digital service has started (access granted), your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For clarity: Memberships are non-recurring and do not renew automatically.

You may deactivate or delete your account via the account settings (where available):

• Deactivation: temporarily disables your profile. You may be able to restore it within a limited period.
• Deletion: permanently removes your account and associated profile content, subject to legal retention requirements.

We may retain certain records (including payment-related records) as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and chargeback handling, in accordance with applicable law.

Data deletion requests may take up to a few days to process depending on technical and legal requirements.

The Website, Services, trademarks, logos, and platform design are owned by or licensed to MyTransgenderCupid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
