Terms and Conditions of Use


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyTransgenderCupid website, the MyTransgenderCupid applications for iOS and Android, and all related services. By accessing or using any part of the Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

  • “Website” means mytransgendercupid.com and any related web pages operated by us.
  • “App” means the MyTransgenderCupid application for iOS or Android.
  • “Service” means the Website, the Apps, profiles, messaging, matching, Spotlight, safety and verification tools, paid features, and other services offered by MyTransgenderCupid.
  • “MyTransgenderCupid”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means 2Date Media and any lawful successor or assign.
  • “You”, “your”, or “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • “Content” means text, photos, videos, messages, reports, and other material uploaded, sent, or displayed through the Service.
  • “Premium” or “Membership” means optional paid access to the premium features described at the point of purchase.
  • “Website Membership” means a one-time, non-recurring Membership purchased directly from our Website, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
  • “Store Subscription” means an auto-renewable Membership purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • “Store” means Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MyTransgenderCupid regarding your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, or by purchasing a Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance before a material change takes effect. Changes do not retroactively alter an already completed purchase. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use the Website or Services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • You will use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

You agree to use the Website respectfully and lawfully. The following conduct is prohibited (non-exhaustive list):

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users or the platform.
  • Posting unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive content.
  • Posting content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
  • Soliciting money, advertising goods/services, or posting spam, chain letters, or misleading promotions.
  • Impersonation, using false identity details, or creating multiple accounts to mislead others.
  • Uploading viruses, malware, or attempting to disrupt or compromise the Website or other users.
  • Publishing contact details in public areas of the platform (including phone numbers, addresses, emails, URLs, or full names), where restricted by our feature rules and platform settings.
  • Posting photos that are sexually explicit, depict minors, or show persons other than yourself.
  • Using the platform primarily as a blog, marketplace, or for purposes unrelated to dating and social connection.
  • Seeking or offering explicit sexual services, solicitation, escorting, trafficking, or any other prohibited activities.

We may remove content or take account action where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

We aim to provide a safe and respectful environment. Users can report profiles, messages, or conduct that violates these Terms. We may investigate complaints and take appropriate action, including warning, content removal, profile restriction, suspension, or termination.

While we may use moderation measures, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that all users will behave appropriately. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members and should take reasonable precautions when communicating and meeting offline.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services (in whole or in part) where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, ensure compliance, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms.

All Services, Memberships, subscriptions, credits, and paid features are digital and are delivered electronically through the Website or App. We do not provide offline matchmaking, escorting, in-person brokerage, or adult-content services. MyTransgenderCupid is not a marriage brokerage service.

Premium may include, depending on the platform and the current product description, expanded messaging, access to additional profiles or filters, favorites, profile-view information, additional photo capacity, a Premium badge, an advertising-free experience where offered, and access to Spotlight. The exact current benefits are displayed before purchase.

8.1 Website purchases

Unless the Website checkout expressly states otherwise, a Website Membership is a one-time, non-recurring payment for the fixed access period displayed before purchase. It does not renew automatically. Website purchases are personal, account-specific, and non-transferable.

8.2 Apple App Store subscriptions

Memberships purchased in the iOS App are auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when Apple confirms the purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same selected billing period (for example one month, three months, six months, or one year) unless you cancel it through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple’s then-current rules. Apple charges renewal to your Apple ID. The price, currency, duration, trial or introductory offer (if any), and renewal terms shown by Apple before purchase control that transaction. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings.

8.3 Google Play subscriptions

Memberships purchased in the Android App are auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when Google confirms the purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same selected billing period unless you cancel it in Google Play before the next renewal, subject to Google Play’s then-current rules. The price, currency, duration, trial or introductory offer (if any), and renewal terms shown by Google Play before purchase control that transaction. You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play’s subscription settings.

8.4 Google Play consumable credits

Where offered in the Android App, credits are one-time digital purchases processed by Google Play. Credits can only be used for the in-app digital features described at purchase. Credits are not money, have no cash value, do not earn interest, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Use of credits is final once the selected digital feature has been delivered, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable Google Play refund rules.

8.5 Store processing and account entitlement

Apple or Google, not MyTransgenderCupid, processes the Store payment and applies its own payment terms. We receive limited transaction and subscription status information from the Store to activate, restore, renew, suspend, or revoke the corresponding Premium entitlement on your MyTransgenderCupid account. A Store purchase must be made with the Store account shown at checkout and may require verification by our server. Store products and Website products may have different pricing, billing structures, or offers.

8.6 Failed, reversed, or revoked payments

If a payment fails, expires, is refunded, charged back, revoked, or otherwise becomes invalid, we may suspend or remove the corresponding paid entitlement or digital balance. We will not remove rights that mandatory law requires you to retain.

8.7 Billing descriptor for Website payments

Charges made directly on the Website may appear as MYTCUPID on your bank or card statement. Apple and Google Play purchases use the billing descriptor selected by the applicable Store.

9.1 Cancelling a Store Subscription

Cancelling a Store Subscription stops future renewals; it does not ordinarily end access immediately. Unless the Store issues a refund or revokes the transaction, Premium normally remains available until the end of the already paid period. Apple subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through Apple. Google Play subscriptions must be managed or cancelled through Google Play. Deleting the App, ceasing to use the Service, or deleting your MyTransgenderCupid account does not by itself cancel a Store Subscription.

9.2 Account deletion and subscriptions are separate

Account deletion and Store Subscription cancellation are separate actions. If you delete your MyTransgenderCupid account while a Store Subscription remains active, Store billing may continue and the associated Premium access may no longer be usable. You should cancel the Store Subscription before deleting your account. The App provides a link to the applicable Store’s subscription management where reasonably available.

9.3 Store refunds

Apple controls refunds for Apple App Store transactions and Google controls refunds for Google Play transactions. Refund requests for a Store transaction must be submitted to the applicable Store, subject to that Store’s rules and mandatory consumer law. If Apple or Google notifies us of a refund, revocation, chargeback, or reversal, we may remove the corresponding entitlement or unused digital balance.

9.4 Website purchases

Refund requests for a Website purchase may be submitted to us using the contact details below. Because the Service is digital and may be supplied immediately, refunds may be limited once performance has begun, but nothing in these Terms excludes any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable consumer law. Where the law requires your prior express consent and acknowledgment for immediate delivery and loss of a withdrawal right, we will request it during checkout.

9.5 Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory guarantees, cooling-off rights, refund rights, or remedies for services not supplied as agreed.

You may deactivate or delete your account via the account settings (where available):

  • Deactivation: temporarily disables your profile. You may be able to restore it within a limited period.
  • Deletion: permanently removes your account and associated profile content, subject to legal retention requirements.

Important subscription notice: deleting or deactivating your MyTransgenderCupid account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store billing may continue until you separately cancel the subscription through Apple or Google Play. Cancel any active Store Subscription before deleting your account. Deleting an account may permanently prevent use of remaining subscription time or digital credits, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may retain certain records (including payment-related records) as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and chargeback handling, in accordance with applicable law.

Data deletion requests may take up to a few days to process depending on technical and legal requirements.

The Website, Services, trademarks, logos, and platform design are owned by or licensed to MyTransgenderCupid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of external links is at your own risk. We encourage you to review third-party terms and privacy policies.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any user will achieve specific results through use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTransgenderCupid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTransgenderCupid and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Dutch law and competent courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
