What information we collect

It goes without saying, we can't help you develop meaningful connections without some information about you, such as basic profile details and the types of people you'd like to meet. We also collect information generated as you use our services, for example access logs, as well as information from third parties, like when you access our services through a social media account.

Information you provide to us

When you access or use our services, we may also automatically collect information about you, including:

• Usage information: We collect log information about how you access or use our services, including your access times, IP address, browser and device type.

MyTransgenderCupid also uses Google Analytics, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Google"). We use Universal Analytics for our user analysis. This allows us to collect information about the use of our offers on multiple devices ("Cross Device"). We use a pseudonym as a user ID with cookie technology, with which no personal data is sent to Google. You can use the Google browser plugin (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout? ) opt out of the collection and storage of your data. Google Ads (remarketing)

MyTransgenderCupid also uses the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. Google Ads is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The remarketing function allows us to refer users of our website to other websites within the Google display network (on Google itself, so-called "Google ads" or on other websites) that contain advertisements that may be of interest. For this purpose, the user's interaction on our site is analyzed, e.g. which offers the user is interested in, in order to be able to show the users targeted advertising on other pages even after visiting our website. For this reason, Google stores a number in the browsers of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network. This number, referred to as a "cookie", is used to record the visits of this user. The number is intended to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular computer and not to identify a person. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our services. For example, if you create or log into your MyTransgenderCupid.com account through a third-party social networking site (eg Facebook), we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, email address, photos and other account information in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third-party social networking site.

Accessing or rectifying your information

Deletion

You can delete your account by using the corresponding functionality directly on the service. However, even after you delete your account, we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes or to protect member safety. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Transfers of your information abroad

By using our services, you agree and acknowledge that MyTransgenderCupid.com is a global dating site operating through servers located in a number of countries around the world. We may store and process your personal information in Hong Kong, the Philippines and other countries, where under local laws you may have fewer legal rights. However, wherever we store your information we will treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our policy towards children

Although we want as many people as possible to enjoy our service, you have to be at least 18 years old to use it.

Our policy is to not market to children, minors or anyone under the age of 18. If you are less than 18 years old, we request that you do not submit information to us. If we become aware that a child, minor or anyone under the age of 18 has registered with us and provided us with personal information, we will take steps to terminate that person's registration and delete their information from MyTransgenderCupid.com. If we do delete a profile because you violated our no children rules, we may retain your email and IP address to ensure that you do not try to get around our rules by creating a new profile.
