Request a password reset

1. Open the password reset page from Sign in.
2. Enter the email address or username connected to your account and submit once.
3. Do not register another account to solve a sign-in problem.

Use the reset email

1. Open the latest reset email, follow its link and choose a unique password.
2. If a link is invalid or expired, request a new one.
3. A password reset also revokes existing passkeys.

Check spam and search for MyTransgenderCupid. If you still cannot recover access, contact support with your username, the email you used and the error shown. Never send passwords or reset links.
